Shipping
- We ship across India.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
- Once your order ships you'll be able to see the courier and tracking number on the Track Order page.
Returns
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. Orders that have already shipped can be returned under the policy above.
